An AI research assistant from capture to analysis

TetraBot helps with the work before and after an interview: recording the conversation, producing a first analysis, and searching research data for evidence. Use it to explore pain points, identify recurring themes, and find answers to the questions driving your study.

Start with a Zoom or Google Meet recording, or analyze interviews already in your project. Automated summaries make individual sessions easier to review. The AI Assistant lets you investigate selected sessions together and turn a broad question into specific excerpts to check.

Automate the first pass through an interview

After transcription, TetraBot can produce a session summary, chapters, and answers to configured research questions. Give the team a consistent starting point for review instead of asking everyone to reconstruct the whole conversation from scratch.

Customize the summary sections around your study. An onboarding project might ask which step caused confusion, what the participant expected, and which workaround they used. A buying study might focus on evaluation criteria, objections, and decision-makers. Review the answers against the transcript before treating them as findings.

Use analysis agents for repeatable questions

Tetra’s automations include a TetraBot analysis action with instructions, study context, and a selected session. Configure a repeatable task such as identifying reported obstacles, extracting decision criteria, or returning an answer in a consistent structure. The workflow runs the analysis you define; the research team decides how the result supports a finding.

Ask agents to find insights in your research data

Ask a question across the sessions selected for an AI Assistant conversation. TetraBot can search their transcripts, consult project tags and snippets, and suggest supporting excerpts. Follow a broad question with a narrower one to investigate the evidence behind a theme.

Example: investigate barriers to adoption

  1. Ask: “What makes participants hesitate to adopt this tool?”
  2. Follow up: “Find supporting quotes about trust and verification.”
  3. Check: “Which selected interviews describe a different experience?”
  4. Review the proposed snippets, accept useful evidence, and use it to develop a research insight.

Why was inviting a team difficult?

Suggested snippets keep useful moments close to the interpretation. Review their context and tags before accepting them. An AI answer is a starting point for synthesis; check contradictory evidence and the scope of the selected sessions before drawing conclusions about your audience.

Choose how the next interview reaches your project

The recording dialog lets you enter a meeting link, choose where the recording belongs, and set the transcription language. For upcoming sessions, it presents Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and manual scheduling as separate options. Prepare the recording around the way your team already schedules interviews.

A workflow from interview to evidence

  1. Choose the project and schedule TetraBot for the meeting. Check the meeting link and time before the session.
  2. Tell participants how the session will be recorded and used. Follow your research consent process and admit the bot where meeting settings require it.
  3. Review the automated summary and answers, then ask the AI Assistant to explore themes across selected sessions. Check the source excerpts, accept useful snippets, and bring the evidence into your findings.

Questions before you start

Does TetraBot only record meetings?
No. Recording is one part of TetraBot. It also supports automated interview summaries, custom analysis tasks, and an AI Assistant that searches selected transcripts and proposes supporting snippets and tags.
Can I analyze a recording captured elsewhere?
Yes. Upload an existing recording instead of scheduling TetraBot. You can then use transcription, tagging, and analysis in the project.
